UK public turn out for London Snow Show

DATE: Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th October 2025

In recent years the London Snow Show had made the London Excel its home, however, as soon as the Mountain Trade Network took over from Racoon Events last year, the decision to move the venue back to it's original home of Olympia in London was the first main milestone.

As the doors opened on Saturday morning, courtesy of the enthusiastic scissor cutting of Chemmy Alcott, a mass of winter sport enthusiasts hurriedly made their way to the newly refurbished grand hall at Olympia.

esf UK, along with friends and experts from Haute Savoie Mont-Blanc, Les 2 Alpes, Haute Maurienne Vanoise and Serre Chevalier were all eagerly excited to see what MTN had built under their first attempt at running the show.  Saturday didn't disappoint as hundreds of people entered the venue to the delight of waiting exhibitors.

With the esf UK SNOWBALLZ game in full flow, the chatting of ski and snowboarding lessons and resort choices were heard across the 78m sq stand. People wanting advice, information and also reaping praise on the instructors of esf from many resorts that last season so professionally delivered fun and educational lessons to all, was nice to hear.

The Saturday afternoon saw the coming together of many esf customers who, over the period of last season, had successfully taken part in the Flèche slalom race that esf organise. Participants from young children to adults, randomly chosen to receive a small gesture from Rossignol, were excited to be part of the joyous chaos of the 30 min prize giving.

Great fun was had on both the Saturday and the slightly less attended Sunday, with esf UK delivering a speech and presentation on 'Learning to Ski' in the tuition and equipment gallery during the afternoon.

All in all the event over 2 days was well attended and supremely beneficial to all French partners on the continued journey of promoting the wonderful French mountains and service provided by the mountain experts to many dedicated British skiers and snowboarders.
