Dear Sir/Madam,
Our family has just returned from a wonderful few days in Chatel and I would like to thank the staff at ESF Chatel for their superb service. My husband and I don't ski and this was our first ever ski trip so we were delighted that the ladies in the booking office were so helpful.
Not only did they book the private lessons they informed us of where to get the Telecabin and which passes to purchase. The four ski instructors ( Bernard, Thierry, Jourdan & H? ) were excellent. They pitched the lessons perfectly to our children's level of ability and they were great fun.
I would definitely recommend ESF and these instructors. We will definitely book with you again in our next ski holiday.
