At 1700m altitude in the heart of the Southern Alps and the gates of the Mercantour National Park: Valberg, a charming, authentic, and friendly village resort, is located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Mediterranean coast, via the Gorges du Cians or Daluis routes.
Valberg opened its doors in 1936 with the first toboggan lift in the Alpes-Maritimes and will soon celebrate its 80th anniversary! Warm atmospheres combine village houses, typical farms, modern accommodations, and breathtaking nature under an ever-present azure sun. Valberg is located at the top of a pass, allowing you to admire on the western slope, the mountain range of Saint Honorat, and on the eastern slope, Mont Mounier, the pastures of Beuil, and the Couillole pass.

THE SKI AREA AND OFF-SKI ACTIVITIES
Valberg also offers guaranteed skiing thanks to ultra-modern equipment that is constantly evolving. Nearly 400 environmentally friendly snow cannons: only water and air are needed to produce the artificial snow, covering 85% of the ski area. Facilities on the ski area are always more surprising and absolutely must be shared: video zone, Big Air Bag, Family Park, Snow Park… and much more.
